Please be honest on that last one. It changes how I plan the appointment, not whether I take it — and knowing beforehand is how it goes well for your dog.

I answer texts faster than emails. If it's urgent, just call.

Those are the hours I prefer. Drop-off and pickup can bend around your schedule — tell me the day and the time you need and I'll tell you what I can do.

Cash, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, or PayPal. Whichever is easiest for you.

What happens next

I read it and get back to you. If you need me quickly, text rather than send the form — my phone is usually closer than my laptop.

I'll confirm the price for your dog's size and coat.

We pick a time that works, and I'll tell you what to bring.

The day before, I text you to confirm. If something's come up, that's your chance to tell me — there's no fee either way.
