ILY Pets is mine. I groom dogs here in Miami, out of my own home, and I take care of them when you're away. That's the whole business, and I like it that way.
Why I do this
Taking care of dogs has always been something I genuinely love doing.
I've been grooming, boarding, and running daycare for five years now, and for the last three of those I've owned and grown this business myself. What started out as loving dogs turned into the thing I'm most passionate about, and I'm still a little surprised by how lucky that makes me.
The haircut is the part you can see. The part I care about is the couple of hours around it — a dog who isn't frightened, who gets handled gently, who gets patience and attention and a bit of fuss made over them, and who goes home feeling good. Whether your pup needs a fresh groom, a day of daycare, or somewhere comfortable to stay, I want them to leave having had a nice time.
I'm grateful for every family who's trusted me with their dog, and most of them found me because another one told them to. That's the whole reason there's a business here at all.
How I work
Your dog sets the pace
Some dogs love the whole thing. Some need a minute. Nobody gets rushed through it.
Every dog gets their own plan
Coat type, skin, age, and temperament all change what your dog needs. That's why the price list is built around size and coat instead of one flat fee.
You hear from me before anything changes
If your dog's coat is matted or something looks off with their skin or ears, I'll tell you before I keep going.
All breeds are welcome
The 5 pound ones and the 100 pound ones.
It's a home, not a kennel
Boarding and daycare dogs stay in the house with me. Nobody sits in a run waiting for somebody to walk past, and you get photos and an update every day.

Every dog who comes here gets treated like family. That isn't a slogan I picked because it sounded nice. It's the reason I named the business after it.
